This is Table 1 from an article published  in the British Medical Journal on September 13, 2021 by Block et al.  The article focuses on how effective natural immunity is, and also describes that 37% of the US population had already "had covid-19" by May 2021, according to the CDC, showing how incredibly ineffective the social isolation protocols were. These protocols included mask wearing, stay-at-home orders, social isolation, and mandatory solitary confinement of sick people in 14 day quarantines. All of these measures cause significant harm including those seen as "mild" such as mask wearing, which impairs breathing, vision, and communication ability, especially in the elderly and in people with fragile health.
